6th Annual Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships Tournament

The Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships and Charities Inc. invites Amateur Boxers of all ages to our 6th Annual Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships Tournament. Below please find all Entry Forms & Applications to participate in this Tournament.
PARTICIPANT ENTRY FORMS & FEES
All forms must be completed for registration.
The tournament fee schedule if application is received along with fee by July 31, 2011 are as follows:
- J.O. $20 USD
- Open and Female: $35 USD
- Novice: $25 USD
- Masters: $50 USD
ALL FORMS and application fees RECEIVED via mail postmark AFTER July 31, 2011 will be charged a $10 LATE FEE (USD)
A boxer may register at check-in on August 12, 2011 but will be charged a $20 USD LATE FEE.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS, Certified Checks (Bank Checks) or Money Orders Only.
Make certified check or money orders payable to: Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships and Charities Inc. You may also register at checkin time (tournament registration) on Friday, August 12, 2011 for a $20 LATE FEE plus regular schedule fee for your particular boxing class as noted above.
