7th Annual Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships Tournament

The Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships and Charities Inc. invites Amateur Boxers of all ages to our 7th Annual Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships Tournament. Below please find all Entry Forms & Applications to participate in this Tournament.
PARTICIPANT ENTRY FORMS & FEES
All forms must be completed for registration.
The tournament fee schedule if application is received along with fee by July 9, 2012 is as follows:
- J.O. $20 USD
- Open and Female: $35 USD
- Novice: $25 USD
- Masters: $50 USD
ALL FORMS and application fees RECEIVED via mail postmark AFTER July 9, 2012 will be charged a $10 LATE FEE (USD)
A boxer may register at check-in on August 8, 2012 but will be charged a $20 USD LATE FEE.

Make certified check or money orders payable to: Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships and Charities Inc. You may also register at checkin time (tournament registration) on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 for a $20 LATE FEE plus regular schedule fee for your particular boxing class as noted above.
