The Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships and Charities Inc. invites Amateur Boxers of all ages to our 5th Annual Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships Tournament. Below please find all Entry Forms & Applications to participate in this Tournament.
PARTICIPANT ENTRY FORMS & FEES
All forms must be completed for registration.
The tournament fee schedule if application is received along with fee by July 26, 2010 is as follows:
- J.O. $15 USD
- Open and Female: $25 USD
- Novice: $20 USD
- Masters: $45 USD
ALL FORMS and application fees RECEIVED AFTER July 26, 2010 will be charged a $10 LATE FEE (USD)
A boxer may register at check-in on August 17, 2010 but will be charged a $10 USD LATE FEE

Make check or money orders payable to: Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships and Charities Inc. You may also register (tournament registration) on Tuesday August 17, 2010 for a $10 LATE FEE plus regular schedule fee for your particular boxing class as noted above.
